This morning Ava decided to go outside and "pick" things. She picked small unripe green tomatoes, flowers, sticks, leaves, rocks, and even a golf ball. She took a magnifying glass with her and used it to get a close up look at what she was picking. Then she would carefully put it into a plastic bag. Finally she came back inside and gave everything a closer look one more time before putting it in a bowl of water and guessing which ones would float and sink.
